Summary
Release 5.1.1 improves the Hybrid Team Planner (HTP) experience and makes Workload/FTE planning behave correctly for AI team members. The main goal of this release is to help users move smoothly from identifying automation potential to actually getting AI agents built and integrated into the team.
In development for 5.1.1
In 5.1.1, we are expanding the Hybrid Team Planner so it can better support teams who want to turn task buckets into real, working AI agents. This includes a tighter collaboration workflow with our partner scoreprise.ai, who can build agents based on the buckets that users create in teamdecoder.
Concretely, we are working on the following improvements:
- The HTP flow will include agent propositions, so users can see suggestions for what kind of agents could be created from their selected tasks.
- After clicking Create, users will go through a new “Build help” dialog. In this dialog, users can choose whether they want to build the agents themselves or whether they want support.
- If users request support, a side panel will open to collect the relevant information and make it easy to send a request.
- Under Task Buckets, we will add recommendations and a clear call-to-action, based on matching the team’s tasks with the capabilities of existing scoreprise agents.
- The task inventory in HTP will receive clearer filter options, so users can focus on the most relevant tasks:
- Highest Priority shows tasks that have been flagged as high priority (red) and sorts them by AI rating.
- Highest AI rating shows only tasks with an AI rating of 4 or 5 and sorts them by priority flags.
- Top Rating + Top Priority shows only tasks that meet both conditions: AI rating 4 or 5 and a red priority flag.
2) “AI”-tagged players: no FTE limit
In 5.1.1, we are also refining Workload/FTE handling so that AI team members (players tagged as AI) are not treated like human team members in capacity planning. In practice, this means AI-tagged players should not be constrained by the same FTE limits or workload rules that are designed for humans.
