The AI Role Assistant helps you quickly draft a high-quality role definition in teamdecoder — especially useful when you create a new role and want inspiration for purpose, responsibilities, and scope.
When you create a new role, you’ll see the button “Use AI Assistant to create role” in the top-left area of the role creation view. Clicking it opens a side panel.

In the side panel, you can add a few inputs about the role (for example: what the role is about, context, constraints, or expectations). The better your input, the more relevant the suggestions will be.

Based on your input, teamdecoder proposes editable drafts for core parts of a role definition:
