What is a co-admin?
A co-admin is an additional person who can manage teamdecoder content in your account — for example, to maintain roles, responsibilities, and workloads, moderate governance processes (like Campfire meetings), or manage different teams within the same account.
The person who originally created the account is the admin (account owner). Co-admins extend admin capabilities to additional people.
When do co-admins make sense?
Common scenarios include:
- More than one person manages roles, responsibilities, and workloads
- A “governance moderator” runs Campfire meetings and maintains team content and reports
- You have multiple teams in one account and want different people to manage their respective teams
How to invite a co-admin
Co-admin access is managed via co-admin seats.

- Go to Access management in teamdecoder.
- Choose how many co-admin seats you need and click Add seats (you’ll be forwarded to the payment provider Stripe).
- After purchase, you’ll see one line per co-admin seat in the pop-up.
- For each co-admin seat, enter:
- Full name
- Email address
- The teams they should have access to (one, a few, or all)
- Click Send invite.
The invited person receives an email with a link to set their password and create a co-admin login.
