Focus Mode is where the magic happens: it’s the fastest way to assign or remove items from a profile.

What is Focus Mode?

Focus Mode is a special view that lets you add or remove items for a specific element (the “element in focus”) by moving items between two list areas. Use Focus Mode whenever you want to assign or unassign items from a profile.

You can use Focus Mode for:

• Players
• Circles
• Projects

How do I access Focus Mode?

1. Find the focus icon (🎯).
2. Click it to activate Focus Mode.

You’ll find focus icons in the yellow and green lists.

How do I work in Focus Mode?

When Focus Mode is active:

• The element in focus turns red (🔴).
• All other lists split into two areas:
  • Top (darker): items appear white and are assigned to the element in focus.
  • Bottom (lighter): items appear grey and are not assigned.

To assign or remove items:
