The Hybrid Team Planner helps you identify which tasks can shift to AI and where human strengths stay essential. You can prioritize tasks, run an AI fitness check, and then review everything in one central list to plan your hybrid human/AI setup.

1) Make sure the feature is active

If the tasks list inside skills, roles, domains and links looks like this, the feature is currently switched off:

Go to Settings and switch on AI ratings:

Now you’ll see AI ratings inside the tools:

2) Start inside a tool (example: a role)

Open a role (e.g. Key Account Manager) and look at the task list.

These tasks have been created by you and your team (with or without support from the td AI assistant). Next, you’ll identify which tasks could be best handed over to an AI agent.

Prioritize tasks (human input)

Discuss the tasks with the team and the role owners. Then prioritize tasks with the flags (number 2 in the image):

• (empty) = no priority
• green = low priority
• orange = medium priority
