Welcome to teamdecoder 6.0. This release introduces parallel work: admins and co-admins can now enter and edit the same team at the same time.

This removes the old single-editor limitation and makes teamdecoder much easier to use in workshops, consulting sessions, handovers, and day-to-day collaboration.

🤝 1. Parallel work for admins and co-admins

What is it? Multiple admins and co-admins can now work in the same team at the same time.

Why it matters: teamdecoder is often used collaboratively: consultants, team leads, project owners, circle leads, and HR or transformation roles may all contribute to the same team setup. Until now, only one person could edit a team at a time. Others had to wait, enter view-only mode, request access, or take over the session.

With teamdecoder 6.0, this bottleneck is removed.

What changes?

Admins and co-admins can now:

• Open the same team at the same time
• Edit content in parallel
• Work together during live workshops
• Update roles, responsibilities, workloads, circles, projects, and other team content without blocking each other
• Collaborate more naturally when several people are responsible for maintaining the same team

What happens to the old “team is busy” behavior?

The previous workflow — view-only mode, requesting edit access, or taking over another user’s session — is no longer the standard experience for admins and co-admins working in the same team.

Instead, teamdecoder now supports collaborative editing for team content.
