Welcome to teamdecoder 6.1. This release introduces clearer names for three central areas of the app. The functionality remains familiar—the navigation now describes each area more precisely and makes it easier to understand where to start and where to find support.
The updated teamdecoder navigation in Release 6.1
The homepage you land on after opening a team is now called the Change Cockpit.
This is where analytics and signals from across your team come together, including:
The new name reflects its purpose: the Change Cockpit helps Team Architects see what is happening, identify where attention is needed, and steer continuous improvement.
The area previously called Dashboard is now the Digital Team Clone.
The word “dashboard” could easily be confused with the analytics homepage. More importantly, “Digital Team Clone” describes what this area actually represents: a living digital model of your team and its operating structure.
