The Skills list (🍊 orange) separates capabilities from roles so you can see who can do what — and where skill gaps are blocking your strategy.

Where to create and manage skills

You can create skills in the orange list. Each skill is managed in the Skill tool:

In a skill you can:

• define the skill (Details)
• capture questions/notes (Notes)
• add owners (players) and rate proficiency:
  • ⭐ 1 = beginner
  • ⭐⭐ 2 = professional
  • ⭐⭐⭐ 3 = expert
• define where the skill is required (which roles need it, and at which level)
• attach documents
• add tags for filtering
