Back to teamdecoder Knowledge Base

Surveys help you track how your team experiences day-to-day work—especially wellbeing, resilience, and performance—with lightweight, recurring check-ins. The results surface in your dashboard so you can spot trends early and use teamdecoder to act on them.

Why surveys matter

Research and practical experience both point to a simple pattern: when teams have clarity and transparency around roles, responsibilities, and workload, trust increases—and trust is foundational for sustainable performance.

Surveys give you a recurring, low-effort way to sense how the team is doing and whether adjustments are needed.

How it works

At a regular cadence—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—each team member receives an email with three simple questions.

Survey rhythm

  1. Team members receive the survey email (survey day is Friday).
  2. Team members complete the survey by Wednesday.
  3. Responses appear automatically in the Surveys section of the team dashboard for review and discussion.
