What exactly do we see on the screen?

• The upper left section provides a real-time health check of your team’s workload by monitoring player capacity status. This view allows you to instantly identify which team members have available time for new tasks, which are performing at full capacity, and which are overburdened with too many role assignments.
• Directly below, the dashboard tracks your total talent supply by displaying on the left the overall FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) currently planned across your entire player pool. The center number quantifies your strategic demand by showing the total FTE required to fulfill your defined roles. On the right-hand side, the "Assigned" section shows how many FTE have been assigned to players.
• The coverage overview shows how many skills, roles, domains, and links are occupied by internal resources (in green), external resources (in blue), and how many of those are unassigned (in red).
• Inside the Skills Analytics box, you can see how many skills your team has defined. It's the number on top, and the number in the middle shows how many skills are required by roles but currently not assigned to any players, which leads to skill gaps. The lower number (marked "not utilized") shows the number of skills that your players have that are currently not demanded by any existing roles. The circle on the right-hand side shows you the maturity distribution. You can see how many skills are assigned with one-star (beginners), two-star (intermediate), or three-star (professional). </aside>
