Workload planning helps teams translate role clarity into reality: Who spends how much time in which role? Set up workload planning (FTE or hours)

Enable workload planning and choose your measurement system:

• Hours: you set the maximum hours per day or week.
• FTE: the maximum per person is 1.0.

Understanding FTE

FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) standardizes capacity across different working models:

• 1.0 FTE = full-time capacity
• 0.5 FTE = half-time capacity

If you pick FTE, the max is 1.0. If you pick hours, you can define the maximum hours per day or week yourself.
