The app structure: 3 pillars

1) Clarity Stack

The Clarity Stack is about creating transparency around who does what, with which skills, and with what workload.

Key capabilities:

• Clarify roles and responsibilities
• Analyze capacity, overload, and FTE-based workload planning
• Identify skill gaps and development needs

2) Hybrid Team Planner

The Hybrid Team Planner focuses on integrating AI into the team operating model and making human–AI collaboration explicit.

Key capabilities:

• Overview of assistants/agents in use
• Estimate what share of tasks could be automated
• Track which roles are performed by humans vs. AI (or co-performed)
• Quantify potential FTE savings from shifting work from humans to AI

3) Campfire

Campfire is the recurring governance ritual to continuously improve the team setup in small, sustainable steps.

Key capabilities:
