Prioritization is the bridge between insight and action: you can use the AI Fitness Check rating to get inspiration, and then set your team’s manual priority so everyone agrees on what to automate first.

Two inputs: AI rating + your team’s decision

In teamdecoder, task prioritization for automation is based on two complementary signals:

• AI rating (0–5) from the AI Fitness Check — a quick assessment of how suitable a task is for automation
• Manual priority flags — your team’s explicit decision on what to tackle first

The key idea: the AI rating supports the discussion, but your team stays in control of the final priority.

Manual prioritization: the flag system (colors)

You can manually prioritize tasks using the flag icon (color-coded):

• Red = high priority (automate first)
• Yellow = medium priority
• Green = low priority
• No color = no priority set

Where you’ll see it (Hybrid Team Planner)

Both the AI Fitness Check rating and your manual flag priority become visible in the Hybrid Team Planner.

This helps you quickly pick and cluster automation candidates based on:

• your manual prioritization, and/or
• the AI Fitness Check rating
