Welcome to teamdecoder 5.1. This update is designed to move your team from "chaos to clarity". We’ve focused on giving you deeper visibility into your team's DNA, cleaning up skill-clutter, and streamlining how you manage your team.
What is it? A central place to view team activity patterns. Why it matters: We call this the "Strategic Steering Cockpit." This helps you identify where your team might be stuck or where roles need better definition to avoid strategy-execution failure.

What is it? A visual indicator showing if a skill is actually connected to an active role. Why it matters: It’s easy to build an impressive-looking skill list that has no impact on real work.
In Player Focus: See if a player's skill is actually required by their assigned roles.
In the General List: Identify skills that aren't tied to any responsibilities.
The Goal: Helping your team avoid "structural debt" by keeping your skill-to-role mapping lean and actionable.

What is it? A "takeover" option when a workspace is already open by another user. Why it matters: We know teams are moving fast. If a co/admin colleague accidentally leaves a session open, you can now take over the workspace. teamdecoder will show you who is currently active to ensure transparency before they are logged out, reducing friction and keeping the transformation process moving.
What is it? We’ve simplified the sorting UI to a single “—” icon that now acts as a status indicator. Why it matters: Consistency is key. The new icon indicates if a list is following the global team order or if it has been overruled by an individual sorting.
