What is the Task Inventory?

The Task Inventory is a consolidated list of all tasks across your entire team — across:

• roles
• domains
• links

This gives you one place to scan, compare, and decide what to automate first.

Two ways to sort tasks

You can sort the Task Inventory using two complementary signals:

1. AI rating — derived from the AI Fitness Check
2. Manual prioritization — based on the flag colors your team set per task inside the role tools

Quick filters (the 3 most useful views)

The Hybrid Team Planner provides three main filters to quickly find top candidates:

1. Top priority (red flags)

   Shows tasks your team marked as high priority.

2. Top AI rating (4–5 out of 5)

   Shows tasks with the highest automation suitability rating.

3. Top rating + top priority

   Shows tasks that are both:

   • high AI rating (4–5) and
   • high priority (red flag)

   This is usually the fastest way to find “do these first” automation tasks.

Why this is useful

These filters help you identify tasks that are:
